This works! I can use my Apple Air laptop and two additional displays with this device. However, the other commentators are correct in that the directions are challenging. If you are only a novice, do not try this yourself - get someone with more experience to help you - it is worth the effort to install this with minimal frustration. The result for Apple users is great, as I was frustrated that my new Apple laptop couldn't do this by itself (like my alternative work Dell laptop) - and having three monitors is sooo much better!! Someone should develop a YouTube instruction video for novices to install this. I'm glad my wife (a Apple friendly teacher) helped me.

This docking station allows me to expand the display to two external monitors.

I had issues using my laptop on many displays before I purchased this. I can use two screens and have my laptop open, thanks to this tiny gem.
